Could I be prgnant with mirena?

I had three children and decided to get my tubes tied. 1 yr later I had my right ovary removed do to enlargement. 4 yrs later I came up pregnant with my youngest daughter. I decided to get the mirena iud instead of getting my tubes tied again. I've had it in for a yr and a half now. I have a light period lasting about 5 days every mo. This month I had one spot of blood and that was it. I feel nauseated, really tired, and boobs are a little sore. Does this mean I could be pregnant again?
