Hi! I'm 33 and I have diabetes. Last week I took a medicament called Naproxen because I had headache. Now I don't know did I do it right. My friend told me that it's not good to take naproxen if you are diabetic. Does anybody know could Naproxen increase blood sugar levels?
Well, as I understand you correctly, you're probably using some kind of drugs for diabetes. You need to know that it's not recommended to take Naproxen (or any nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) with antidiabetic medicaments. But if you don't use any other medications, I think that naproxen is safe for you because it doesn't increase blood sugar levels.
