Hi, you shouldn’t worry about vasectomy failing, because every few vasectomies fail. Much less than 1% of vasectomies are not successful. But, still it happens from time to time that the vas tubes grow back together during the healing process. And since the men did not become sperm-free, and the vasectomies has to be repeated. It is important to check the achievements of procedure, in order to prevent unwilling pregnancy using some contraceptive method. generally, your chances not to have efficient vasectomy are very low and you shouldn’t be upset.
