How can I help my daughter? She is 14 now and she has clear skin, but I guess it is jus a matter of time when acne and pimples will start. I was hoping that there is a way to prevent this. Any tip would be useful.

Only help you can provide her is to teach her how to properly care for her face. Out skin is our body’s largest organ. However, we can not care for our face in the same way as for hands and feet. It needs special attention and acne can be prevented by putting stop on cause of acne. That means: exfoliation (dead skin that clogs pores), cleansing (with a safe and non irritating anti- bacterium), and moisturizing.
