Hi, I suffer from anxiety since high school. I am on collage now, and I still have the same problem. Beside that, I have acne all over my face. I always thought they would disappear after puberty, but they didn’t. Could they be related to my anxiety?

Well, I think that it could be related. Both anxiety and acne can have one cause, and that is stress. People who don’t have any time for themselves, and who are under constant stress, often suffer from anxiety because they feel like their life is passing without them, and they don’t manage to live it. It is proven that stress worsen acne. I know from a personal experience, every time when I have the exams, I also had at least ten knew pimples on my cheeks. You see, all these things are connected. Anxiety, acne and stress often appear together. Try to cure your anxiety, and new acne won’t appear any more.
