Hi, I am interested to know if anxiety can induce muscle twiching. I have a problem with my muscles, and I had a few stressfull situations lately, so… So, can it?

Hi, Yes, research point that the stress and anxiety are the main cause of muscle twiching. They can be variable in terms of size, type and duration, they can be located anywhere (where you have a muscle), and as they move, you do not know where they are going to happen next.
