Could breast folliculitis be causing discharge from the nipple?

I'm 27 years old. Few weeks ago I noticed yellow fluid from my nipple when I squeeze it. I have hair around the nipples and I supposed that it can be breast folliculitis. I still didn't go to doctor. I hoped that it would pass away but now I started to worry. Could breast folliculitis be causing discharge from the nipple?

Sometimes a hair root around your nipple can become infected. And it sometimes can affect the tissues underlying your skin or spread to your lymph nodes and bloodstream. That can be dangerous. Usually discharge from hair follicles isn't like to be associated with breast cancer. Anyway, it's better to go to see doctor.
