Could i be pregnant if i have breakthrough bleeding?

hello, ii have been taking th epill for a year and a half now, i am on cilest and have had no problems. however i took my pill 12 hours late one day, and it happened to be the 2nd from last pill in the pack. i spoke to the pharmacist and was advised to carry on my pill pack.However i am now9 days into my second pill pack without having a brerak and i have come on my period. could this be any sign that i could be pregnant due to the 12 hour delay in takling my pill?

Most likely the bleeding is from going straight into one pack from another, and because you took your pill late.

Taking a pill late ONE DAY does not compromise your protection, missing more than one pill would =)

hello again, thanks for that, i did a pregnancy test thrusday just to chek and it came out negative. realistically its only been a week since having sex as on the 8th day (after the 7day rule) i was still using my pill but didnt use anythign else. is this too early to tell. im feeling sick...which admitidly is probably due to worry!! Crying or Very sad
