Hi, I would like to get informed about my kid’s health status. His teeth are not growing properly and it looks like he is suffering from over sided malocclusion and the doctors said that they might have to take out a tooth or two. The good thing is that we are talking about the baby teeth; the new ones should grow out. Anyway, could malocclusions cause any other health problems?

Well, other than those related to teeth, I am not sure they can. Still, even though we are talking about the teeth, the situation might get complicated so it is important to react in time. It is a good thing that the doctor already created a possible solution and I guess he would not mention the extraction if it really wasn’t needed. And I assume that the extraction will greatly improve your kid’s teeth position.
