Could my sperm count decrase due intake of Ramicade tabs?

I have been dealing with Crohn's disease for almost a year now. And I have to admit that the drug really helped me. And my life is, more or less, back to normal. Still, I have some doubts about this drug. Could my sperm count decrease due to intake of Remicade tabs?

Remicade (infliximab) is very effective in dealing with Crohn's disease and some other conditions, such as fistulas. And you are right, it provides a patient with a quality life, life they had before the condition happened. And there are side effects, and very serious ones, kind of which will make you think of decreased sperm number as of something completely insignificant.
