Could someone help me figure out what is happening to me

I have all the signs of pregnancy from having nausea morning noon and night. I have felt utterly tired, with little cramps in my stomach. I've felt bloated and had gas with constipation and the list goes on.......Today is the day in which I would have started my period. When I woke up I had bleeding as if I was on my period. But its not like period bleeding. Its really dark red in color and I bled for a lil while and then it stopped. But I still have the horrible cramps. So whats going on? What does this mean? Am I pregnant?

it could be an early miscarriage, if there was alot of blood then i would go to the dr. or hospital. good luck
