Could this be a stress reaction?

My ex husband and I have divorced last month. We have two children and both are living with me. But, ever since their father left, my daughter stared to act unusually. She always needs to do something. Most of all she is cleaning every thing: her room, living room, kitchen, even garage. All this is very disturbing for me. Could this be a stress reaction or it is something else?

This kind of problems can be found in teen population often. You do not need to worry about it, you just need to be calm so you could help your daughter. It can be stress reaction but it can also be a beginning of obsessive compulsive disorder. What this really is only an expert may say to you. So calm down and take her to a doctor or psychologist. That is the best way for you to help her.
