Could vaccine cause autism in children?

Hello! My sister’s child is autistic and we all try to help her to deal with this disorder in the best possible way. She goes to special school and we can say there is some improvement in her behavior. I speak a lot with my sister about the possible cause of autism. She is always asking why this happened to her child. Could vaccine cause autism in children?

Hello! It can be said that autism has no single cause that can be easy identified. Autism seems to be related to abnormalities in several regions of the brain most probably caused by a gene defects. There are many people who think that autism is caused by measles-mumps-rubella vaccine but many studies have shown no link between autism and vaccines.
