It appears that I can't make a good adult relationship with anyone. I don't know if counseling would help us. Sex works, but communications seems to be greatest problem in my relationships. My friend thinks that have great expectations from men and that I should be more tolerant, I don't know...what do you think, should I get some counseling?

Well, you can try with counseling, but your problems are pretty common. A 'good adult relationship' means different things to different people, but an adult relationship is about two people who have equal rights, equal opportunities and equal responsibilities. I realized that I can't get from one partner all that I need, so my needs for understanding and good communications I get from best friend. I enjoy in other things with my partner...so I get all I need, but not from one person.
