Cramping after misscarriage. possible pregnancy?

I had a miscarriage a month a half ago. I haven't had my period yet as I never been regular. For the passed 2 days I been having some sharp pains on my lower back and I also had some pain on my left hand side pelvic area. Very similar to the pain I had when I was miscarrying. I did not have a D/C as everything passed normally. Everything been fine up until now. I am not sure what could be causing this. Am I pregnant again? Is this a sign of an ectopic pregnancy? Or am I getting ready to have my period?? Obviously I am very much confused Exclamation could anybody help me?? I am going to doctor next week but just thought I would ask since it feels like is a long time from now.
