Cramping and Spotting 1 week after relations....

About a week ago i had relations with a close friend. I had just finished my monthly. Exactly a week after the act, i returned home from the gym and realized i was experiencing some cramping. When i went to the bathroom i noticed light pink spotting. The cramping continued through the next day. I have also felt rather nauseous at night, but figured that could be from allergies and nasal drip. I haven't had any other pregnancy symptoms (Swollen Tender Breasts, Vomiting, etc) but i've heard you experience that stuff between 4-8 weeks. I have no idea what's going...i'm a nervous wreck

I ended my cycle and they usually last for about 4 or 5 days and welll my last period was light at the beginning then heavy then light it switched well the last day of my period i had intercourse with my fiance and the next day i was cramping and was spotting then a few days go by and i was having the same thing but it gradually came to a stop a week later.. I was also hungry for dry chocolate puff cereal in which i hate chocolate.. Is there anything wrong..? I have been trying to conceive for a few months now with no luck the dr says im good to go with having kids but the thing is why cant i have any luck..
