Hi I am concerned that i am pregnant. I have alot of the signs that I am pregnant and won't know for sure until next week when I start my period. I am currently on birth control and have been for three months now. I have been spotting for almost three weeks, my last period came late and wasn't as heavy and cramping was minimal. I have had an increase in appetite, sore lower back, more headaches, tired more and experienced some light headedness. All these can be a result of birth control or stress and even pregnancy. Could I be pregnant?
