Cramping pain under left breast

I am 19 yrs old, work full time (10hrs/day sitting) and have had a few kidney and bladder infections in the past. I have this pain right below my left breast that will tighten up like a cramp (painful and uncomforbable) then all of a sudden its like instant relief. It keeps tightening then releasing. This is the third day now and i am getting a little worried. It doesn't seem to matter whether i ate or not and it happens about once every 30 seconds. Should i go to the doctor or is it just something that will go away? I have had an EKG done and it was normal.
