Hi there.
I was due my period 4 days ago but instead of a bleed, I got the period cramps with no period! The cramps are nowhere as severe as they usually are, but the pain is numbing and constant and is definately that monthly feeling.
I have not had sex for quite a few months so there is no chance I could be pregnant. I am not on the pill and never have been.
The other thing is that I am experiencing these "cramps" mainly on my lower left side near to where i would say my ovary is.
Any suggestions?
