Creamy white vaginal discharge and some pains when i wake up

I for a long time have had white vaginal discharge. I have neglected doing anything about it because i don't want to tell my mom. Recently when i wake up in the morning i have been getting pains but just on my vaginal area. What does all this mean? I'm really worried now that i have been getting pain. I'm scared that i might have cancer or something. SOMEONE HELP ME!!!
