Hi. I play football and I would like to enhance my muscle mass and strength. I was thinking about Creatine, but I would like to hear something about Creatine use first. Anybody with experience?

Hi. Creatine use is common among football, hockey and baseball players. Around 50% of football players consume Creatine supplements. Creatine may improve your muscle mass and strength, but still there is no clear scientific evidence. Users of Creatine should be monitored by healthcare professionals, because of side effects. These side effects include muscle cramps, gastrointestinal symptoms, such as loss of appetite, diarrhea, or nausea. If you have diabetes you shoudn`t take Creatine. Some experts say it may alter the activities of insulin.
