Cronic Constipation

I have been having this problem over a long peorid of time with not being able to go to the bathroom on a regular basis. I haven't seen anyone because at first I thought it was normal. As time has passed it has gotten much worse to the point where I wont have a bowel movement but maybe once a week if I am lucky. My daily diet consist of atleast 5 servings of fruit and veggies. I eat only whole grains if I can help it, and drink the equivalent of 9 glasses of water a day. I am physically active, as I am a cheerleading coach and am constantly exercising and moving around. I dont know what could be wrong with me. I have tried eating lots of fiber and adding fiber supplements to my food. Please if you have any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, I can eat very little and get full very fast and for a long time. It seems like it takes an extremely long time for my food to settle in my stomache, and it leaves me feeling very uncomfortable for hours. My stomache doesn't really hurt, I just feel extremely full and bloated all the time.
