What is Cronkhite-Canadasyndrome? My husband’s doctor suspects that he might be having this syndrome. I never herd of it. What can you tell me about it?
Cronkhite-Canada syndrome is a very rare disease. Its symptoms include loss of taste, intestinal polyps, hair loss, and nail growth problems and it is difficult to treat because of malabsorption that accompanies the polyps. Cronkhite-Canada syndrome occurs primarily in older people.
