Crossed eyed at work

I have always had an attendency for crossed eyes but lately at my twenties they have becoming worse and working with computer allday doesn't help. My both eyes have been diagnosed to loose focus at times so operation is out of the question and I don't want to get glasses as I think that way my eyes would only go worse when not wearing the glasses, as my eys would get used to them and I dont want to be using glasses all the time. Is there any tricks or excercises to make my eyes work better together and keep them focused to the same point? im really getting tired of being crossed eyed. Please help!
