Hi, I believe that the best treatment is provided with surgical elimination of malignant tissue, from the skin. This way it can not spread any more, and any future metastasis are disabled. You will have a scar, but scars can be removed with laser and the problem will be solved. It is important to take into account: the location and size of the cancer, the risk of scarring, and the person's age, general health, and medical history. There different methods applied: curettage and desiccation, surgical excision, radiation therapy, cryosurgery, Mohs micrographic surgery. The doctor decides which technique is the most appropriate in specific case.
