Hi! I can’t live anymore with panic attacks. All my forces aren’t enough when panic attack start. I can’t handle anymore with panic attacks. Is there any help for me? I feel shame to go to psychiatrist. Did anyone cure from panic attacks?
Hi! I had same problem as you. There isn’t perfect drug, or perfect treatment to cure panic attacks. But I learned to live with anxiety disorder. I have this disorder under control. But, I cooperate with my psychiatrist. The best way to cope with anxiety is to have right therapy. Soon as possible you should find some good psychotherapist.
