I am 30 years old a tad on the heavy side high blood pressure and a father of 3 girls, yungest 19 mouths (w/downsyndrome-dwarfism).
I have had a cyst on my right testical for about 5 years now and this year 1 is now on the left side they are at the end of the tube connecting the testie. My doc says there no big deal and they only do something When they are a big a a softball. The cyst that i have very in size from a sunflower curnal to the size of a large pie. I have noticed that if I do not ejaculate for some time. They get painful (kinda like sqeezing pain) but when i ejaculate some time if feels like im getting kicked and sometimes not. I have noticed if i "release"
the more it happens the less it hurts. My wife thinks there is something bad going on. Std Free
I have had "twisted Testie" on the right side @ 18years old but all was good for a while. Also i have had inflamation of the lining and take cipro for it.

I am 34 years of age and I to have the same problem, I have a cyst on both testicle and I know it gets old dealing with these problems. I beleive they can become infected from time-time so I will take antibiotics for a week or so until they get better. Miky do you have any neck pains with your cyst problems? I have noticed chronic neck pain since these came on about 2 years ago.
