I have a large hard cyst on my right testicle about 3 cm now Had ultra scan Can this be removed and what effects afterwards as regards to sex also is it painful to have done I would like to have a second opinion apart rom my own GP as he says is best to leave alone I t does not cause me any pain but some discomfort and I feel embarress when naked and having sex Please advise I am 72 and in excellent health
