This just started yesterday upper back discomfort hard to explain not a pain just an ache. When I take a deep breath it feels sore. Carried clothes up and down stair and sat at my computer for quite awhile plus starting a new job so kinda tense should I be concerned? I am 54 years old and in general good health.
