Hello,
My wife is pregnant for 21 weeks. Some friends told us she needed to take fish oil with high content of DHA (which will do a lot good to the baby's brain and sighting system). Do you have any suggestions on this. How much mg should my wife take daily? What kind of fish oil is the proper one/ones? Thank you very much!
First, go and speak to your doctor as he or she knows you and your wife's pregnancy best. Some fish oils are ok to take, however correct dosages are your doctors realm. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING CONTAINING SHARKCARTILAGE.
