MY FIANCEE WAS IN AN ACCIDENT ON OCT. 3RD. HE HAD SURGERY ON HIS FOOT, ANKLE, AND LEFT HAND PINKY. HE HURT HIS RIGHT SHOULDER (THE BONE MOVED) AND NOW HIS SPLEEN WAS REMOVED ON OCT. 8TH. AT THAT TIME THEY DRAINED FLUIDS FROM HIS LUNGS AND WAS RECOPING WELL. HE HAS BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL SINCE OCT 7TH AND NOW AGAIN HAS FLUIDS IN HIS LUNGS. HE HAS BEEN BED RIDDEN SINCE THE 7TH. HIS ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON TOLD HIM HE CAN START USING CRUTCHES WHICH HE WAS DOING UNTIL HE REENTERED THE HOSPITAL FOR HIS SPLINE. THE DOCTOR NOW CARING FOR HIM TOLD HIM HE CAN NOT USE THE CRUTCHES BECAUSE OF HIS FINGER AND SHOULDER. THE ORTHOPEDIC SAID HE CAN USE IT HERE AND THERE. NOW AGAIN HE HAS FLUIDS IN HIS LUNGS AND THEY PUT A TUBE IN HIS SIDE TO DRAIN MOST OF IT AND NOW A TUBE DOWN HIS THROAT AGAIN TO DRAIN. DOES SITTING MOBILE CAUSE SOMETHING LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN AGAIN? I NEED THIS SO THAT I CAN TELL HIM HE NEEDS TO GET BACK ON THE CRUTCHES AND MOVE SO THAT THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. PLEASE HELP ME!!
