DO bc pills affect hormonal levels tests?

Hi, some tests showed that I have a problem with hormonal levels. That explained the pimples all over my face and weight gain. I used BC pills until recently, so I’m wondering could they affect those hormonal level tests.

Yes, it’s quite possible that BC pills affected your hormonal level tests. I used birth control pills for five months. One of the greatest benefits from those pills was reduced menstrual pain and cramps. My periods became regular and like clockwork. However, after five months of using them, I noticed some changes in my face and weight. My skin became oily, especially on the forehead, and my weight gained. I also noticed that hair on my body became darker. I read something about it in the magazine, and I realized that BC pills are responsible for all of this. They affected my hormonal levels, and made a mess in my body. It is very possible that they affected your hormonal levels too.
