I engaged in dry sex with clothes on with my boyfriend. I was wearing thing pajamas and underwear while he was wearing pants and boxers. The last time we did it was 2nd day of my 3-day period. I'm really scared! ...cause I started getting symptoms. I'm having cramps almost all month in addition to breasts tenderness and constipation plus i think my tummy is getting bigger. I feel throbbing in my stomach. Any help?

Also I touched his penis outside his pants and touched my self. But this was 3 days before my period. HEEEEEEELP
