I am a Female, I have been sexually active for about a year now and Lately I have been having sharp pelvis pains, pains in between my hip bones and basically my lower adomen. Also I have been experiencing 'like' little tissue clusters during sexual intercourse they are less then a centimeter and don't happen too often. That I know of they have only occured once. Not only that but beginning about a week ago I have been experiencing brown/dark red discharge from my vagina and interior vaginal lips itch. I know it can't be my menstral period because the discharge is not heavy or much. I've checked online but nothing seems to help me or match all my symptoms.. I have only 1 sexual partner who I have been in for long term, My period should arrive in about 6/4 days and Im 16. My boyfriend once had a pimple type thing on the bottom of his shaft but he said it was an in grown hair. Im scared to go to my doctor because I dont want them to tell my mom...

| i have similar symptoms as you. i have had sex but am not currently sexually active and am not sure what the problem is. i have made a doctors appointment to switch my birth control and am hoping it could have to do with that. but i have had this times before so it usually goes away after a little. i'm just hoping it isn't something in the std family, which i dont think it is since i have had sex very few times. |

Sounds exactly like HPV ( genital warts), considering the symptoms you are having sweetie. You can have this without even showing symptoms, which is why many guys can carry around it forever without even knowing or feeling like they have to tell because they have no symptoms..But what they don't know or care about is how badly it can affect women. It can be very high risk cause for cervical cancer for us. Please get yourself checked out, it's not the end of the world or your sex life
