I'm 40yrs old. I have PCOS. Taking Glucophage XR with regular periods for at least 5 years now. I had dark brown discharge 4 days before my period was due. I then only bleed maybe a day. 2 days later, bleed alittle for like 1/2 day. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests which are all negative. Fertility was used for both my normal pregnancies. I have never had this discharge before. Is this possibly premenopause? Was that my period?
