I have had this discoloration for a while on my thighs as a shadow of my testes, I thought it was heat rash because of the consistent heat I am exposed to (I am a chef) but it now appears as a full time stain. It does not hurt or itch, it just looks unsightly and I am very self conscious about it.[/b]
