My 2 year old daughter was put on Keppra Feb 1 for partial complex seizures.
Her medication dosage is 4mL x 2 bid. There is no question that it is helping
her cluster periods, but the seizures still do occur.
Is this dosage a lot for her age? Is something else normally prescribed with keppra. I have heard about Ativan, but based on what I have read and my
knowledge of her events, this medication sounds excessive and inappropriate.
She's two and very energetic once the event passes.
