| I'm on a wednsday start for birth control but didn't start until thursday (thought it was wed.) and its been 8 days now and I'm still a day behind on my pills. Anyone know what I should do? |

IF A woman starts the pill 1 day late, she needs to NOT have sex for 7 days, because her protection is compromised.
You do not have do anything, you have already taken the pill for 8 days, which means you are again protected from pregnancy.
You just will now start on Thursday instead of wednesday.
OR... ON your next period week, just start on wednesday.
IT IS ALWAYS OKAY to start a new pack EARLY, but you should NOT start a pack LATE. IF you start a pack late, then you have to wait 7 days for your pill to be effective again. |
