Dealing with obsessive thoughts

Hi. I am a guy 21 years old and I have a problem with obsession. My girlfriend dumped me half a year ago, and I can't stop calling her, hanging out close to her apartment, etc. I don't know, I think I still love her. Have this ever happened to you. How did you manage to pull through that. Any thoughts of comfort?

Well, you will have to let go, sometime. You do understand that if you keep it up it will only get worse with time. And in an extreme case, she will call the police, and you will get a restraining order. Why would you do such a thing to yourself. I've been there â€“ even if you get her back it will never be the same again. Try thinking positive.
