Defecography is a test, which evaluates the disorders of the lower bowel. Defecography detects disorders that are not evident by direct visualization. The test is quite embarrassing, that is why your mum doesn’t want to go into explanation. I guess she has problems with rectum, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, fecal incontinence, or familiar… Defecography is just a test is not operation and she will be done with test in 1-2 hours. And then the doctors will determine whether anything is wrong or not. I hope this helped.
