I am getting partial dentures soon and I realized they are uncomfortable, but what I do fear more than the pain of removal. How do others cope with dentures? Please, some suggestions would be great.

I don’t think that you should be worried about new dentures; most of the people get on well with them. Be patient, they will settle with time. Often they will rub the gums a bit at first, meaning that they need to be adjusted by the dentist. Practice talking with them. Remember that your tongue and cheeks are suddenly being asked to move in a different way, so you will probably salivate more.
