About 4 years ago I noticed I had developed a very small bright red blood blister about the size of the very tip of a ball point pen. It is located on the very edge just below my lower lip. I dont know why I got it, but if I prick it, or lance it ,it bleeds plentyfully, and forever. It is difficult to get it to stop bleeding. What might it be, and what can I do about it? Is this something that my insurance company is likely cover? Or would it be considdered cosmetic?
Any help would be usefull. Thanks....
