Three weeks ago I started a 1 1/2 hour power walk every morning/ I then developed a small lump under my skin. The next day it was about 1/2 in long and very sore. My doctor said to do warm water soaks. Two days later I had another one. I know have five. three are very painful.I went to the doctors three times in 10 days. Finally the head obgyn doctor said, "They will do away and I'd rahter not risk surgery. How do I get relief from these cyst. Are they caused from sweating?
