Diagnosed with a hematoma within uterine wall in 1st trimester!

Hi! I have a big problem. I’m pregnant but I’m Diagnosed with a hematoma within uterine wall in 1st trimester! Now I’m terrified. I don’t know what to do. Can I do anything? My doctor told me that I just need to rest. Please, can somebody tell me something more about this kind of hematoma?

Your doctor probably explained to you that a hematoma is a collection of blood that has caused the placenta to prematurely separate from the uterine wall. Most hematomas are going to resolve by approximately week 20. So, take it easy, don’t panic, it’s not so unusual. You should rest and no heavy lifting!
