I've had UTI for 4 months but only recently confirmed as serratia. been on a 10 day gentamicin course but dont feel much better. anyone else had this and how was it treated?

I was recently dx'd with serretia. I am taking doxoycyline right now. I have never had any symptoms besides being extremely tired once I lie down. Prayerfully this will help.
