I am very sorry that I never got back to posting on this thread but here is essentially what it turned out to be at least for me.

An Ear Infection from swimming in a community pool. Yeah I couldn't believe an Ear Infection could possibly do all this and more!!! I should have more attention to some of the little kids I knew who had ear infections from the same pool and I didn't think about it...

Untreated ear infections can cause massive misery and even ultimately infect your brain if left long enough!!! Check those ears immediately if you even suspect you have one or a double like I had!

I didn't realize I had an ear infection that started in my left ear. The ear infection caused me to have a very, very small temperature (one that didn't alert ER doctors to anything and didn't show up on blood tests which is very odd) and one that spread to my other ear and to my sinuses and because I wasn't paying attention to the fact that my ears had a clogged feeling, I was walking around with this infection for weeks till I couldn't sleep and the lack of sleep caused severe anxiety. That anxiety put a complete halt to my digestive system (literally closed down my stomach for business) causing a painful backup and constipation and then I couldn't eat. Essentially my body had become a wasteland for toxins since my body was not getting rid of them. Even the doctors couldn't understand why I was so constipated and messed up...

It took me 4 ER visits including a massive panic attack at one of those hospitals honestly feeling that I was going to die any minute and weeks of massive anxiety, not being able to sleep or eat, and my head feeling it was going to explode when I finally realized my ears were clogged this entire time and not a single doctor ever checked my ears or looked in my mouth (that's doctors for you today -- they assume what you tell them is the problem instead of being thorough...

Since my stomach was hurting me the most at the time they only checked that and ran tests for that instead of looking in my ears and looking in my mouth to start from scratch. Hospitals are all about running tests and billing. They are the worst place to go in all honesty for things like this. Better to go to your GP.

Went to an urgent care doctor for the final time and told them to look in my ears. I had some foreign bodies in there (it was disgusting what was pulled out and it was all infected) and I had fluid behind both ears and was put on antibiotics immediately. Antibiotics I should have been on 6 weeks previous. Penicillin didn't work so I had to take something stronger like Zithromax. Also I ended up having fluid stuck in my middle ears for months afterwards.

Previous to finally figuring this out, all the doctors were useless and I had to finally diagnose myself. I was actually called crazy and told I need psychiatric help and prescribed anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds and was even rejected from being seen by some doctors during all this. The medical bills ended up being close to 15 grand for all the unnecessary tests the ER doctors ran since they were all clueless.

They should all be very ashamed of themselves to even call themselves doctors! The things that I experienced and witnessed at the ER's here are horrendous not just for me but for others who had worse things happening to them. This country #1 needs an overhaul of the medical system and how people are treated, and #2 all these doctors need to go back to medical school and learn how to diagnose properly or not get paid (at least in this state and area of the USA!!!). Not to mention the entire insurance company mess!! Insurance companies are scumbags who enjoy collecting and increasing premiums but not paying out claims when people need them paid..."Sicko" is a very true movie and if you haven't seen it, you should. Makes me want to move to France like yesterday. We are not living in the greatest country in the world I'm sorry to say. Not with a medical system like this!

Some of the doctors I saw need to be plain out fired for how they treated me (horrible bedside manners!) and what they said to me not to mention the one who yelled at me because I disagreed with his diagnosis.

Turned out I had to diagnose myself ultimately. How sad is that???

I met a foreign worker during all this that also went to the ER and got an incorrect diagnosis and was given the wrong medications-->medications which permanently damaged him. All he needed was a simple med and a simple diagnosis. Instead his life is now ruined and even with an operation, his prognosis is terrible. He wants to commit suicide from the chronic pain he is in now and wishes he had never come to America for the temporary work in the first place because the medical system here (at least in this state and area of the US) in his words "is the worst he's ever seen in his life". He was also treated horribly not only in the ER but also at the specialists he saw.
