Did I experience Implantation bleeding?

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone has any good advice for me. I havent neccesarily been trying to get pregnant but on occasion my husband and I have been lazy about the pull out method.. My last period was on Dec.5th however I started spotting on the 23rd... I was alarmed but assumed maybe this was just my period coming sooner than I expected.. The spotting went from redish with clear discharge to dark brown and only lasted for 4 days... Very Very light flow.. I took a pregnacy test on the 23rd (same day I started spotting) but it was negative.. Could I be pregnant? Was it too soon to test? Unsure if this was actually implantation bleeding.. Im also concerned something just may be wrong with me.. I need some advice please!

It is too soon to tell anything....according to the symptoms. HPTests can detect pregnancy on the day your period was supposed to arrive or the day after. 23rd sounds like a period implantation bleeding would occur and it usually lasts just one day...but you never can tell with these things.

In order to see if something's wrong, you need to see your gynecologist. They usually say if period was weird for the three months in a row to see them because it could be something transient.

For the piece of your mind, you could make an appointment right away, see if you are pregnant or not.

Thank you for your quick response heather! I havent gone to the doctor or even decided to make an appointment yet because We do not have health Ins at the moment.. I just thought someone could offer me some advice.. Or maybe someone else has been through something similar..Thank you for your input.. I too have realized Im just going to have to wait until my actual period time becomes late... Thanks!
