Did I get an allergic reaction due to Chlorzoxazone?

Hello, I am 45 years old and I a not physically active at all. After several years of doing nothing in that area, I went to play soccer with my friends, and of course I strained my leg muscles extensively. Since the spasms did not leave after couple of days, I have decided to take Chlorzoxazone and the situation improved. Except that I also got some skin rash. Did I get an allergic reaction due to this drug?

As all other medicament, this one too has some side effects, allergic reaction being the most serious one. Symptoms of that reaction could be different, going from mild ones such as skin rash, to a shock. Since you do have problems with that medication, perhaps you should stop using it and ask for a doctor's help in finding some replacement medicament.
