| I have been on metaslim for a week now and am experiencing bad stomach aches, nausea and diarrhea. Has anyone else experiened this? |

  i use metaslim daily i bought it at shoppers drug mart, it was abiout 30 for the 2 part package one pill in the moaring to loose the fat u allready have and i pill haulf hour before u eat to keep off the carbs. yes! they work! they are natural substances the are tested out and they have just a bit of caffene to keep u away from coffe (there is enouf calories in that to last a day)lol use it the only deal was it tases verry bad Think of it as green tea lol and the moarning pills are big i make 4 bite size and thats it

Just wanted to comment on the Metaslim.. I have been on it for 3 months and have lost 26lbs.. and the weight came off very fast I am so excited about it. Who else has lost weight on it?

I've been using the meta slim "weight reduction formula" for about a week but it doesn't seem to be doing anything!
I can't believe some of you lost that much weight so quickly!
What's wrong with me?!!? |

can someone who's had success with metaslim post their general diet and exercise plans? for the first couple of weeks i exercised casually, maybe 3 times a week, and didn't change my diet much- regular healthy meals, but not weightloss friendly either. and yes, taking the pill and hoping it works is the wrong way to go at it. i didnt lose a pound. toned my body a little, but it isnt much use if you're still the same size.
so this last week ive been trying out 5 small meals a day, spaced 3 hours apart, no sugar, carbs seperate from fats/proteins if i have any, lots of water, vegetables, etc. i havent cut out coffee, but im down to 2 mugs a day (from my usual 4-5) and drink an extra glass of water for every mug of coffee. i workout m-f for 30min cardio/toning.
i consider this my week one, as i didnt give the previous weeks much of a chance. im not sure about weight loss, but ive lost half an inch on my thighs, hips, and waist as of this morning.
and for the record, im using the metaslim starter kit, trying to get from 150 to 120.
any suggestions on different diets/exercise/metaslim products are more than welcome! |

uhh I have been using Meta Slim kit of 2 for last 3 weeks without any success and all
Beside those I also walk 3 to 4 miles a day and so far no expected results at all.
at least that is not helping me to loose a single pound  |
