| Chlobee, how is the weight loss coming? I just bought the meat slim to loose my baby weight and I was wondering how much you have lost now? |

Hi Again,
After 5 weeks on Metaslim I have lost all together 16 pounds. Unfortunatley I found out that I was pregnant. Don't get me wrong I am so excited to be a mother again, but a little sad because I was doing awesome with Metaslim. So I am down to 154 lbs. I am going to keep up the exercise and diet, but I have to put the Meta slim on hold till I am done breastfeeding. As for my cardio, I mostly took my kids for a walk, once in awhile when I could I would go to the gym and go on the eliptical machine. SO your cardio is far more than I do!! However more important is diet, cut out your white carbs, and try to go for whole grains, more veggies and fruits than other snacks and eat 4 - 6 times a day, it will help you alot. Also if you are a potato chip lover like I am try the Quaker Crispi mini's. I prefer them now. If you get cravings for chocolate, try that nesquik chocolate syrup and drink choclate milk when you get those cravings, at least that way you are getting lots of vitamins and minerals and alot less calories. OVERALL I say try to lose 2 - 3 lbs of fat a week, that is healthy and you probably won't crash your diet. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL, and let me know how your success is, I am going to need the encouragment again in a year!!! |

Hi Choblee
Was your doctor concerned with you taking the Metaslim when you found out you were pregnant? I saw that it inhibits progesterone. I want get weight off to be healthier when I do (finally) get pregnant. I was worried about starting on the metaslim in case it inhibited too much production.
And, congrats with the new baby and the weight loss! That's awesome! |

Wow, you did really good job!!! Lately, I've also started using Metaslim (weight reduction formula) with workout.
I'm just wondering which product of Metaslim you were using.
Could you please tell me?
Also, which one of Metaslim is seem to work for you, everybody?  |

Congrats on the pregnancy. i am just goin to start metaslim.
however, i am concerned on whether it reduces the effect of contraceptive pills. Do you have any idea about this?

Hi All,
First of all I have my first prenatal visit this week, so I will ask my OB/GYN about Metaslim and see what she says, I too am a little concerned about it, but it says all natural so I am hoping all will be ok.
As for what I was taking, I was taking the Thermogenic pills and the fat and carb blocker, I just started taking the CLA (which claims to help turn body fat into lean muscle mass) but then I had to stop, so my results were from to two alone I would say.
As For the Contraceptive pill, I am not sure, I was not taking the pill at the time so I could not tell you, your best bet would be to call the company and ask. If getting pregnant is a concern for you, I wasn't trying to get pregnant and so I don't think that it inhibits that ability too much. I had no problem getting pregnant while taking it. I hope this helps and please feel free to ask more questions, I like being helpful, there is nothing worse than not getting answers. Also I will post on Friday to let you all know whether my doctor has any concerns, with the pregnancy or just female related issues. |

Hey,
I spoke with my OB/GYN about Metaslim while I was pregnant (the first couple weeks before I found out) and she said that with those types of things you can never really tell till later, so if you are on Metaslim I would suggest being careful, wouldn't want anything to happen to the baby. I am hoping all is well with mine. Hope that helps a bit! |
